Part I:  Ok dads, you're in a child custody suit or about to be in one.  What do you do first?  Is it worth fighting for?  Are you really the better parent?  How do you pick an attorney?  What's it going to cost you?  Should you pick a judge or jury trial?  Should you file first?  Do you move out of the house?  If so, where should you live?  Should you change jobs?  What do you tell the kids?  Is documentation really important?  What does primary custody mean to you & what will it mean in your life?  What is a temporary hearing?  How do you prepare for the "Social Study" and what needs to be in your Final Court Orders?  What other questions should you be asking?

Part II:  How do you preparing evidence?  What evidence do you bring to trial?  What should you look for in a settlement?  Is settling out of court wise?  Mediation, what exactly happens?  What 20 things is a social worker looking for in your home study?  What can you expect in court?  How do you strategically use witnesses, testimonies, charts, calendars, private investigators, videos, and tape recordings?  Is it is a good idea to involve a counselor?  How do you dress, speak and act in court?  Who do you need to be building relationships with?  Should you date or remarry?  Do you ever call CPS?  What happens when it's all over?  What can you expect once you're done?  When you win, what do you need to do next?  If you lose, what the most important thing to consider?  Would you ever re-file?
